Hello, I'm Lisa. I am a Trauma-Informed Somatic Mindfulness Coach, Adler-trained Executive Coach, and Somatic Stress Release Practitioner focusing on self-reconnection, nervous system empowerment, and burnout recovery. I support depleted leaders and care providers in transforming their stress response so they can reclaim agency and thrive in all areas of life.

As a former Corporate Change Agent and Human Resources Business Partner with over 25 years of experience advising the C-suite at two of Canada's top-tier employers, I understand how our 24/7 "always on" culture keeps many caring, high-performing people in a state of overwhelm and exhaustion.
Decades of 60-hour work weeks and high-needs parenting left me in a state of disconnection and burnout. When I experienced a series of shock traumas and losses in my early 40s, I started experiencing nervous system dysregulation in the form of anxiety, insomnia, muscle spasms, headaches and digestive problems. I pushed through escalating symptoms to the point of physical collapse, developing a debilitating illness that kept me bedridden and in pain for over a year.
My body kept the score, and I was forced into stillness for the first time in my over-scheduled, adrenaline-filled life. Despite this predicament, part of me knew there was a way back to regulation and purpose-led contribution. ​

Talk therapy and working with a Naturopath paved the way to discovering somatic mindfulness, transformational coaching, Equine Facilitated Learning and The Stillpoint Method for healing complex trauma. I committed to healing my mind-body system and started recreating my life and career from the inside out.
I am a changemaker, a cycle breaker, and a lifelong learner. Since November 2020, I have been attending weekly classes and practicing daily somatic mindfulness with Senior Meditation Teacher and Elder Lynn Fraser.
In 2022, I joined forces with visionary physician and holistic leadership expert Dr. Catherine Hansen, M.D.
